If
you see suspicious activity near your home or elsewhere in the West
End, please call 911 to report it. In addition
to immediate action, where appropriate, the police keep statistics
that will be used to determine future policing needs. |

WECAN believes that the most effective way to police
a neighbourhood is to have police officers on foot patrolling
alleyways, lanes, streets and parks. Having officers on the beat
builds community and creates a sense of safety and well-being.
